[FWO] Interne deadline Junior en Senior Onderzoeksprojecten | Internal deadline Junior and Senior Research projects

Plan je een aanvraag voor een FWO onderzoeksproject? Vergeet je projectvoorstel niet in te dienen voor 14 maart 2025 - 17:00 via het FWO e-loket.

Team Onderzoeksprojecten Vlaams - Federaal kijkt het projectvoorstel na op volgende elementen: 

• Ontvankelijkheid (co-)promotor UGent
• Ontvankelijkheid project budget

We checken bovendien of volgende documenten zijn opgeladen, maar kijken de inhoud en vorm ervan niet na:

• CV (co-)promotor(en)
• Consent form (indien nodig)
• Publicatielijst promotor

Wil je nog verder werken aan je projectvoorstel na 14 maart, laat dit weten via vlaams-federaal@ugent.be (emailbericht: "GELIEVE TERUG OPEN TE STELLEN IN FWO E-LOKET: APPLICATION NUMBER GXXXX26N") zodat we jouw projectvoorstel opnieuw kunnen openstellen in het e-loket.  

DIEN ZEKER IN VOOR 14 MAART, ZODAT WE TIJD HEBBEN OM DE ONTVANKELIJKHEID TE CONTROLEREN.

De interne deadline geldt ook voor Weave-projecten waarbij FWO Lead Agency is.

Voor Weave-projecten waarbij FWO Partner Agency is, maar die deadline hebben op 1 april, graag ook ten laatste 14 maart een aanmelding per e-mail zodat we het budget van UGent en de ontvankelijkheid van de betrokken UGent-onderzoeker(s) kunnen nakijken.

Will you submit a proposal for an FWO research project? Please submit your proposal before 14 March 2025 -17:00 via the FWO e-portal.

Team National Funding revises the following elements of your proposal:

• Eligibility (co-) supervisor Ghent University
• Eligibility project budget

We check if the documents below have been uploaded, but we do not revise the content/form:

• CV (co-)supervisor(s)
• Consent form (if necessary)
• Publication list supervisor

If you want to continue working on your proposal after 14 March, please inform us via vlaams-federaal@ugent.be (with message: PLEASE REOPEN IN FWO E-PORTAL: APPLICATION NUMBER GXXXX26N") We will reopen your proposal in the e-portal.

PLEASE SUBMIT BEFORE 14 MARCH, TO ALLOW OUR TEAM TO CHECK IF YOUR PROPOSAL IS ELIGIBLE FOR FUNDING.

The internal deadline also applies to Weave projects where FWO is Lead Agency. 

For Weave projects in which FWO is Partner Agency, but which have a deadline of 1 April, please send an e-mail no later than 14 March so that we can check the budget of UGent and the eligibility of the involved UGent researcher(s).
