[FWO][Europe] Horizon Europe Water4All New Call open

Er staat een nieuwe oproep open voor projectfinanciering in het kader van het Horizon Europe Water4All-partnerschap met als algemeen thema "Sustainable Water Management":

Topic 1: Integrated Monitoring and Assessment for Sustainable Water Management.
Topic 2: Nature-Based Approaches for Resilient Water Management at hydrological and hydrogeological system scale.
Topic 3: Smart, secure and adaptive water infrastructures.
Topic 4: Resilient Water Systems Through Systemic Change, Policy Coherence and Inclusive governance.

Deadline pre-proposal: 10 november 2026, 15:00

Deadline full proposal: 6 april 2027, 15:00

Projectfinanciering via FWO SBO- en FO-kanaal
Max. 350 000 EUR per project (inclusief overhead)
Projectduur: 3 jaar

Let op!

Onderzoekers uit Vlaanderen die bij het FWO financiering aanvragen dienen naast het Water4All-projectvoorstel eveneens een administratieve aanvraag in te dienen, via het FWO e-loket:

FO-projecten: aanvraagtype ‘Research projects – European programme fundamental research’
SBO-projecten: aanvraagtype ‘strategic basic research projects (SBO)’

Het FWO raadt onderzoekers aan om voor indiening contact op te nemen omtrent de ontvankelijkheidscriteria. Dit om de onontvankelijkheid van de Vlaamse onderzoeker(s) individueel, en het consortium als geheel, te vermijden.

Voor inhoudelijke begeleiding kan u terecht bij Sylvia Gildemyn.
Gelieve het projectbudget minstens 5 werkdagen voor indiening voor te leggen aan Team Vlaams-Federaal

Applicants for FWO funding must submit an administrative application via the FWO e-loket:

For fundamental research projects (FO): application type: ‘Research projects – European programme fundamental research’;
For strategic basis research projects (SBO): application type: ‘Research projects – European programme strategic basic research’.

Researchers are strongly advised to contact the FWO before submission regarding the eligibility criteria. This to avoid the ineligibility of a researcher individually, and the project consortium as a whole.
