Deze gebruiksvriendelijke tool biedt je voortaan voor elk lopend onderzoeks- of onderwijsproject (dat niet via een kas verloopt) een budgetoverzicht van de gemaakte uitgaven, de reeds ontvangen inkomsten en de nog beschikbare saldi. Via deze tool kan je ook van dichtbij de financiële plannen voor facturatie, doorstorting en verantwoording opvolgen.

Budget holders and front officers who want check on a regular basis the current status of a project budget will find a user-friendly solution in our new application "Financiële Fiche - Raadplegen" in SAP MyApps.

At any time, the tool offers you an up-to-date budget overview of the expenses incurred, the income already received and the balances still available for every research or educational project you need to manage. Via the “Financiële Fiche” you can also closely monitor the financial plans for invoicing, transfers to partners and reporting.
