[HORIZON EUROPE] Horizon Europe Belgian Implementation Day - 10 June 2026 - Brussels

The European Commission and the 5 Belgian NCP's organise an in person Horizon Europe Belgian Implementation Day in Brussels (USquare) on 10 June 2026. 

Throughout the day, representatives from the European Commission will address topics such as: 

• Simplification in Horizon Europe (including novelties on lump sum funding);
• How to manage your Horizon Europe grant (including financial rules, third parties);
• Ex-post controls (both actual costs and lump sum grants);
• Bringing your research results to market. 

There will be many opportunities to ask questions in person.

Location: USquare, Kroonlaan 227 - 1050 Elsene  (close to Station Etterbeek)

Date: 10 June 2026 from 9:30 to 16:30

Target audience

• The target audience for this event is limited to Horizon Europe applicants or beneficiaries from entities established in Belgium.
  • For Ghent University, this event can be relevant for Front Officers or Research Coordinators who are involved in several Horizon Europe applications or projects.
