[KBS] King Baudouin Foundation Grant to support Research on Parkinson's disease - Call 2026
The Funds for research on Parkinson’s disease (Funds François, Gabrielle and Christian De Mesmaeker, Jean and Anna Trap-Bruynseels, Jean Vernuf & Eliane Tilman and Léon & Miriam Velge), managed by the King Baudouin Foundation, have launched a joint call.
A grant of maximum € 250.000 will be awarded to support one project for a period of 3 years focusing on innovative research for early detection of Parkinson’s disease. The call is closing on 28 May 2026.
The research projects may validate, or implement novel methods, tools, or biomarkers for the early detection of Parkinson’s disease. The call is aimed at early career researchers, belonging to a Belgian center. Collaborative projects are encouraged, and partnership both within Belgium and internationally are welcome.
