Book: how do I request a book from another library?
You are looking for a book that would help your research, but the library does not have it in their collection. How do you get that book?
Print books
If it is a print book, you have two options:
- You need one or two chapters: request a chapter scan.
- You need the entire book: request the print book to be sent to our library.
For both requests, you need to fill in the same ILL-form. Make sure to choose the correct type and format.

E-books
Fewer options are available for e-books, due to copyright. You cannot request an e-book 'for loan' from another library. If you would like access to an e-book not already in our collection, you can contact your (faculty) library or the Booktower to suggest a purchase.
If you only need one or two chapters, you can request a chapter scan (PDF) of said chapter(s) via the ILL-form.
